For our current projects with Inclusion Homes and Our House of Clans, Strategic Mechanical is working in partnership with Yellowridge Construction Ltd, and for our Duncan Overdose Prevention project, we are working together with Western Medical Canada Inc.

Additionally, our ongoing project for the Gwa’Sala – ‘Nakwaxda’xw Daycare Centre is being completed with assistance from Kalmar Construction Ltd.

Skyhomes

As our first partnership with Campbell Construction, we are proud to be part of this exclusive project building 5 premium waterfront properties. These homes complete the 20 year RailYards project to create a new, revitalized, waterfront community.

Cumberland Firehall Rendering

This project was completed in 2021 with the assistance of our partnership with MKM Projects.

20 Prideaux

This multi-story senior living facility was completed by Strategic Mechanical in 2020. We worked with Knappett Projects Inc on this project.
